His expertise includes policy advocacy, rural development, and youth engagement, collaborating with government bodies, international organizations, and NGOs to drive impactful solutions. Vinayendra is recognized for his proficiency in career counseling and scaling-up initiatives for youth empowerment and socio-economic growth. He has held key roles in TRIF, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour & Employment, focusing on career development and employment generation. His engagements with the Government of India and the National Career Service highlight his commitment to addressing employment challenges and skill development.
